At Equity Growth Partners, we specialize in acquiring and growing small businesses in the United States. We have a particular focus on companies located in the Mid-west, Northeast, and Southeast regions, and we prioritize businesses with strong financials and a track record of success. Our investment criteria require that companies have at least $1 million in revenue, $300,000 in EBITDA/SDE, five or more years in business, and four or more employees.

We are interested in a variety of industries, including Real Estate Services, Financial Services, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Home Services, and Transportation Services. However, we are open to considering investment opportunities in other industries as well.
